There were still stacks of harvested rice waiting for threshing here and there on a sunny day, November 4, 2016. A group of painters were busy at their work.

It was time for the rice harvest on September 27, 2016 in the Jike countryside, northern Yokohama. Photos include black rice, a rare species, which is rich in nutrition containing iron, vitamin E and antioxidants.
